This 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow features a living room, kitchen, and an amazing deck with views for miles, perfect for that morning breakfast or evening wine sip. Over 25 wineries and distilleries within 15 minutes and endless local attractions nearby. Close to Highway 46 East for easy access. The master BDR has views and the 2nd BDR features a trundle bed.

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

Our studio guest suite sits atop a hill in the rural part of Paso Robles on 2 acres & very close to all Hwy 46 EAST best wineries. 15 minutes west will get you downtown for fabulous restaurants, wine tasting & the Paso Downtown square. Close to Sensorio light show & Vina Robles amphitheater. Just 45 minutes from the beaches (Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Avila & San Simeon (home of Hearst Castle). Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay.

This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

Welcome to our beautiful home! This home began as a project and a dream for us starting in 2017 finishing in 2020. The 3 bedroom 3 full bath home is complete with the simplicity of a ranch style house and the modern amenities of a newly built home, including a custom coffee maker, full range stove, large kitchen island. Sitting on three acres within the middle of wine country, the views from the wrap around porch are enough to make one want to stay at the house all day.

There is a Tesla/EV charger on the property that you are welcome to use at anytime during your stay.
