It has 3 bedrooms,1 main bathroom, an ensuite and a ground floor toilet. It has utility room,kitchen dinner and lounge area.There is free parking for 1 car and free on street parking. It is near a supermarket,mcdonalds,filling station and takeaway shops nearby. Self check in/check out service.

The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside.
