This memorable place is anything but ordinary. We’re a mile from I74 exit. This is a 2000 square foot house with a great room that towers to 14’ ceilings. Two large bedrooms with large walk in closets for extra dressing space. View from kitchen windows overlooks a forest of 100 trees. (And we’re in town!) Fully furnished kitchen to prepare your meals. You’ll find a beautiful park across the road with miles of wooded walking trails and a lot to explore. Lots of parking. Easy access.

Whether you are traveling to a sporting event (Grand Park), a concert, or just to visit family in the local area, this home will afford you convenience and relaxation all in one location!

This home has been equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Unwind in the evening while watching your 65” TV. The updated kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking dinner.The first bedroom features a King size bed and room darkening window treatments. The second bedroom offers a designated office space w/ high speed internet and a trundle bed. To start your day well, the bonus room offers a coffee bar with Nespresso and wellness area complete with treadmill and yoga space.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is located across from the Falls Park soccer fields and is within easy walking distance to Falls Park, Brown's Pool, and downtown Pendleton. Use of the home includes the use of the two car garage and has an automatic backup generator so there is always power. The home is handicapped friendly with many grab bars and large doorways. An electric vehicle charger is provided (J1772 adaptor required for Tesla vehicles).

The Cabin is located on 30 acres and boasts stunning backyard prairie views and endless wildlife. It features a 1 bedroom, memory foam sleeper sectional, queen air mattress, full bath, laundry, kitchen, living room and walk in basement. Outside you will enjoy a private fire pit, 2 car detached garage, private back porch, tree swings, walking path, food plots for wildlife and wildflowers. Come and relax and enjoy! Located 10 minutes off I-69, and 20 minutes North of Indianapolis. Harrah’s casino is 15 minutes North on I-69. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.
