Bring your large group for lots of fun! Plenty of parking for 6 trucks & trailers. Game room w/fast &furious arcade game, air hockey- Wii U w/Mario Kart & board games. Relax with A 65-inch Roku tv in the family room that seats 8. Everyone sleeps comfortable in 1 of 9 beds with 15 bed positions plus 2 futons! 2.5 miles to where trail 11 & 12 cross Route 52 on the Buffalo Mountain Trail. 3.5 Miles to the Buffalo Mountain trailhead, 1 mile from outlaw trails. Come, unwind and play hard!

Private 4 bedroom house equipped with full kitchen, (2) living spaces, dining, 2 full baths, laundry room, kitchenette downstair. Outdoor pavilion area with with charcoal and gas grill, corn hole and fire pit. Free WiFi. Ride straight to buffalo and devil anse trails less than a mile. Or downtown Williamson is 2 miles. 5 access points from house on ATV. Note this house is on a hill. Plenty of parking to hold 5-6 trucks. We have an overflow lot to accommodate oversized trailers if needed.

Near Delbarton WV and 14mi town of Williamson WV. Trail riders can ride directly from the house to Buffalo Mountain Trails. Trail 14 is 7mi and 9mi to the trail head. Outlaws trails 1mi from home. The Hilltop House

The Hilltop House is located less than a half mile from the Devil Anse trailhead and under 1 mile from downtown Matewan WV. This beautifully remodeled home (2023) is designed for riders that want more from where they stay, The Hilltop house has great privacy and beautiful views in addition to being packed with features both inside and out. This home is designed for a maximum of 6 guests, please do not book if you have more than 6 in your party without hosts prior approval.

Hillbilly Hideout-The Den

Whether you're looking to ride the Hatfield-McCoy Trails or plan a weekend getaway, this cabin is perfect for you! Hillbilly Hideout is located in historical downtown Williamson, just 0.3 miles from the Trail #10 entrance. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. If you get rained out, no worries! Take advantage of the game room and order in from the list of our favorite restaurants in the welcome packet. Come Hideout with us!

The Red Dog Cottage In The Woods w/ Hot Tub

Private parking with a 30ft walking bridge overlooking a water stream to lead you to the cottage. Queen bedroom downstairs; spiral staircase takes you to your loft queen bedroom; one full bath; full kitchen; TV/WIFI; indoor loft hammock; wrap around covered porch; tree covered outdoor shower area with hot tub; covered dining back porch. Large fire pit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft x 12ft outdoor hammock beside fire pit. Park Series charcoal grill outside.

Relaxing stay at Creekside Lodge

Wonderful, homey getaway beside flowing creek with little traffic, less than a mile from the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead. This is not just a place for trail riders but has been used by people attending family reunions and local festivals. Creekside Lodge is within the town limits of Delbarton where there are several restaurants, a small general store, and soon to open Dollar General. Trail riders will pass a local gas station on the way to the trail head.

The Mountain Mama

If you’re looking for plenty of space then look no further. Sleeps 10-12 guests. 7 beds total, 3 full BR, 2 full beds in open area downstairs and an additional full in open space upstairs. Downstairs bar/game room with kitchen, bathroom and pool table: Blackstone grill & fire pit for your downtime. No trailering. 3.6 miles to HMT Williamson connector and 5 miles to Buffalo Mountain. Groceries, fuel, parts, dining and shopping all within a few miles.

Riverfront cabin and mini campground

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful Cabin. A very peaceful place to stay. Sits on the Guyandotte River that's great for kayaking. Very close to the Hatfield McCoy Bear Wallow trailhead. Unload your ATV and hit the trail. Restaurant on site and also very close to a car wash. If you need a place to stay for the holidays while visiting family, this is the place for you! Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .

Bourbon House

The prime place for outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes from the Hatfield McCoy trail systems, the Kentucky Hillbilly trail systems, kayaking and fishing in the tug fork river. Local amenities such as the mall, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. All of this helps to make your stay heavenly!
