Enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, live music, UNA events and ballgames just 2 blocks away.

Sit still in this country setting while exploring Historic Pulaski or Lynville, explore Davey Crockett State Park 30 minutes away, 45-60 minutes from Franklin, Nashville, and Huntsville. Centrally located to explore Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama. One bedroom with 1 double bed. A 6 foot couch in bedroom can flatten and serve as a comfortable bed. Features include a spacious screened in porch with lake view and multilevel deck directly on main river. Small pier for swimming, or it may be used for securing boat. Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.

Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable!
