Our quarter log cabin is nestled on 10 acres. It sits on a western facing hillside overlooking the Fischer valley. Its a great place to get away from the city and crowds! Its location is very quiet and secluded. Go for a walk down the hiking trails where you may see deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits, grey foxes, lizards, butterflies.... Relax with your favorite beverage on the covered front porch where you can see amazing sunsets and the stars at night.

Enjoy a serene 10 acres all to yourself, nestled 15 minutes from Wimberley and Canyon Lake, 1 mile off of the scenic Devil's Backbone highway. The Haybale Cabin is truly a retreat away from the city and the routine, yet a short drive to restaurants and the scenic attractions of the hill country. It has amazing views down the canyon from the outside fire pit, and the cabin’s eco hay bale construction is unique and keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

I moved out to Wimberley in 2017 and fell in love with all that the land and nature had to offer. I loved it so much I decided to build Hawk's Hollow (an homage to the resident Red-shouldered hawk who resides here), as place for others to experience its magic. Expect to be greeted by Painted buntings or Cardinals whistling each morning and to soak up Vitamin N(ature). May a stay here bring you connection, peace and love 💕

"Little Green" Cabin on 28 Acres near Wimberley

Little Haven is an official 28-acre wildlife preserve 6 miles north of Wimberley. We manage the land for song birds, owls and other raptors. You are welcome to hike and explore anywhere on the land. The sunsets are amazing, and star gazing is the best in Texas (Wimberley is one of only three certified "Dark Sky" cities in Texas). This is the place if you want total quiet, privacy, and dark skies.
