Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Centrally located and close to everything in the Sonoma Valley, Studio455 provides guests with a roomy sectional sofa, a king-sized Tempur-pedic bed dressed in dreamy, high-quality linens, and a stylish, modern bathroom. The aesthetic is clean-lined but the furnishings are soft and comfortable. Kick back in front of the huge television after a day of sightseeing, or get comfy on the small private patio with coffee or cocktails in a location just minutes from Sonoma's famous downtown square.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Clean, comfortable, space on this Farmhouse property dating back to 1880. Enter exact number of guests for correct pricing $60 per person after 2. Studio with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, sauté pan, toaster, coffee and tea, dinette, tv area and IKEA queen sofa/sleeper. Beautiful patio with fire pit. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. Community fee (local lodging tax of 15%) is added to reservation when confirmed by guest.

As you step through the entrance and under the arch, you are transformed into another time and place. We have been told by guests they feel it reminds them of Italy, France, and Spain. The Hacienda is very private, behind the walls of the early California style home. The gardens are lush and filled with birds of all kinds. There are several vignettes to relax and watch nature. Nights are cool so there is no need for A/C if you leave window open at night.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
