We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Each nook and cranny reveals another handcrafted detail. It sits within beautiful gardens, with an abundance of wildlife for all to enjoy. Enjoy meandering through our ancient woodland.

Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. Our Shepherds Hut has tea making facilities, table & chairs, double bed with mattress and bed linen provided at extra cost if needed. We have a picnic table outside with a fire pit for those chillier nights. Shower and toilet are a short distance away.

Warren Bothy

Warren Bothy is an off-grid cabin located on the Long Mynd in the heart of the Shropshire Hills. With no road access or neighbours (barring the wildlife and livestock) guests can fully recharge in one of England's remaining wildernesses.
