Joe’s Place is a self contained private annexe situated in the picturesque village of Beckington surrounded by the beautiful Somerset countryside, close to Bath and Frome. With a fully equipped kitchen area, king size bed, double sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, WIFI, TV and private courtyard, it’s ideal for a couple, small family or friends to get away from it all. With two pubs and a deli you don't even have to leave the village! Amanda and Jeremy live next door and look forward to welcoming you.

Court Farm Cottage 'Elsewhere'

Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

Romantic Little House (- 15% for 2+ nights)

A romantic and luxurious haven with free off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a Super King bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Romantic and unforgettable Whitechapel Barn

Whitechapel Barn is a beautiful and newly renovated barn set in the grounds of the owner's property. Ideally located for Bath, Longleat, Stourhead and too many tempting attractions to mention here. Accommodation comprises: 2 spacious double bedrooms, 2 fabulous bath/shower rooms; well-appointed kitchen; spacious living and dining area. All created with comfort, ease and special memory-making in mind. Outside is parking for 2 cars, a private garden and patio made for enjoying the views.

Little Crest, a newly converted bungalow

A smart, well equipped converted building. The space is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is light and airy throughout. Modern wet room with walk in shower and fully fitted kitchen. Ample parking with a small private patio. The village of Rode is an ideal location for a trip to Bath, Bradford on Avon, Longleat, or Stonehenge. There are plenty of lovely walks, a PO with a shop and two pubs all within walking distance. We allow one dog free of charge, extra will be £15 per night.

Grade 2 listed Converted Stables

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

The Barn cottage was tastefully converted in 2011 and is a lovely, cosy property perfect for a couple (unfortunately we do not take children or babies) to come and enjoy some peace and tranquility on our 17 acre farm which is nestled in the Somerset countryside. The property itself comprises a well equipped small kitchen, living room/dining area, luxury shower room and double bedroom. There is also a sunny terrace to enjoy an evening glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
