Comprising two bedrooms, the main with a queen bed and the second a double bunk bed with a single on top. Open plan living, dining and kitchen with outdoor living areas. Enjoy the outdoors on one of the decks or around the fire pit and eat fresh vegetables from the garden. Adequate parking with an undercover carport for two vehicles or boat/s.

Please note (The heater gets turn off during May-Aug) With access to the double lock up garage and side access to one of the biggest blocks in the estate means you can park all boats, jet skis etc off the road.
