It has a queen size bed, a reclining sleeper chair, and a fold down dinette for more guests or kids! It has AC and heat for comfort. This adorable RV has been thoughtfully modernized with all the comforts of home in mind!

Welcome to a truly unique stay! Our property is home to two special ventures—our goat rental business, Scapegoats, and our nonprofit animal sanctuary, Mousam Misfits. While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) Nestled between Portland's fine dining and Sebago's outdoor fun, the Tiny House Camper is a great spot to explore what Southern Maine has to offer. Located with direct access to the Sebago to the Sea Trail - 28 miles of walking & biking paths. There's an outdoor grill, fire pit, and outdoor hot water shower– unlike boondocking, this vintage camper rests in a private, fenced-in glampyard oasis with water, electric and convenient parking.

My remodeled camper/tiny home with a shabby chic farmhouse vibe is situated in my cozy yard in the small seacoast town of Kennebunk Maine. We are within walking distance to downtown. Enjoy the “glamping” with cold AC, kitchenette, shaded patio, outdoor dining with grill and hot tub!!

Beautiful 33 foot rockwood ultra lite 2706ws with tons of space and all the bells and whistles. I can deliver to a camp ground if you so choose, but there is a delivery fee/pickup fee.
