"The Base" Free parking in the heart of York

Welcome to our cosy basement apartment with free parking, a short walk from the station, right beside the most historic part of the city centre yet on a quiet cul-de-sac street just beyond the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment has its own entrance accessed via stairs from the street. We call it "The Base" because it is perfect to use as a base for a short break in the city or further afield. Briefly, it comprises a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and a bright and airy double bedroom.

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Lady Grey's Studio 10 minutes from centre & train

Central, quiet setting. Lady Grey's Studio, #2. It's 10 minutes from the train & 10 minutes from the center. Marygate car park is just opposite. You can drive in & pay by contactless. Plenty of EV charging spaces too. Museum Gardens Is 5 minutes; if you're heading to The Hospitum, it's 10 minutes in heels. Roots restaurant is an 8-minute stroll. King-size bed with a memory foam mattress. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a lovely steel bath and powerful shower. Perfect kitchenette too.

The Loft, The Quadrant - location, views, luxury

Situated just outside the city walls near Bootham Bar, the medieval gateway to the City of York, The Loft is perfectly located to enjoy all that York has to offer. Walk to York Minister in 5 mins and the train station in just 10 mins.
