Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Newly renovated, fully furnished private unit in the 1920s home where I live with my two boys and a retired racing greyhound. You will hear us pattering about! I also operate a small letterpress studio in the home. The unit features a large bedroom, a modern kitchen and bath, and a small nook set up for bar-style dining or as a sweet little office. Located in downtown Ypsilanti, it is close to restaurants, bars, parks, and just two blocks from the bus station for an easy commute to Ann Arbor.

There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

You will have access to main floor and second floor and balcony, plus a nice massage chair! We are also pet friendly. *Basement and its patio not accessible, the owner stays down stairs.*
