Our Cozy place is located in Imereti. The place is very beautiful and comfortable . There are Shared kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped ), two balconies, big yard for outdoor fun. We also offer and arrange parties, wine tasting and dinner outdoors as well as indoors for our guests and other visitors (who come to our place just for dinner or wine testing). The host lives in the same building.The host is a professional tourism expert,we can offer tours and transfer ( for additional fee)

At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed.
