Eine Wellness Suite nur für dich auf über 80 Quadratmeter mit Whirlpool, Finnische Sauna, Dampfbad, offene Dusche, Teeküche mit Kühlschrank, Lounge, zwei gemütliche Liege und ein gemütliches Bett 160x200 cm. Alles im gleichen Raum. Der Eingangsbereich kann gleichzeitig auch als Terrasse benutzt werden und hat einen kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühle, hier kann man gemütlich rauchen.

Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik (Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Sauna und Kälte Bad rundet die Einrichtung ab. Das WC ist separat. Zum Studio gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit einem kleinen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Lounge.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber das Stadtzentrum ist per Tram, Bus oder Zug sehr schnell erreichbar! Haltestelle in 3‘ Fussdistanz, der See ist ebenfalls in 3‘ zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind in der Nähe! Mit dem Tram Nr. 11 fährt man direkt zum Hauptbahnhof, das Tram Ne. 15 fährt zum Central. Der Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen (zum Flughafen!) ist zu Fuss in 8' erreichbar oder mit Tram 11 & 15 zwei Stationen.
