Mein 400jähriges Haus, auf dem Fundament eines Römer-Turms erbaut, war früher Teil eines Schlosses und ist voller Geschichte, Bücher, Kunst, Musik, Inspiration und Liebe. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Sie wohnen in einem kleinen, privaten, mit Charm ausgebauten Wöschhüsli im Dorf von Knonau. Das Haus ist ideal für 2-3 Personen (49 m2). Es ist eingebettet in ein stilvoller Umschwung mit Scheunen und Häuser eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes. Zu Fuss erreichen sie den Bahnhof in 7 Minuten, wo sie mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten in Zug und in 35 Minuten in Zürich und Luzern sind. Du wirst deine Zeit in dieser romantischen Unterkunft nicht so schnell vergessen. Probiere es aus!

Modernes Zimmer auf Bauernhof, privater Sitzplatz

Wir sind eine Familie welche den Bauernhof selbst betreibt und freuen uns auf Gäste in unserem extra eingerichteten Gästezimmer. Auf unserem Hof leben momentan ein Hund und Katzen sowie wenige Hühner. Wir machen uns auch laufend Gedanken weitere Tiere anzuschaffen. Es gibt zahlreiche Feldwege für Wanderungen. Die Thur und der Rhein sind in Reichweite und es können schöne Fahrradtouren gemacht werden. Wir helfen gerne mit beim Planen von Aktivitäten.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
