Living in a family friendly environment in a nice small village south of Haarlem, near Amsterdam and the beach. You are living in my private house, with a nice secluded back garden, a sitting area in front of the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent transportation facilities including my tandem and bikes to be used for free. The house is suitable for up to 5 people, max 6 , with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. No students and please be aware no use of weed in and around the house.

Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. Four cannoes are available for you. Rental bikes could be delivered by a local company to home. Free parking. We follow the extra cleaning recommendations of Airbnb!

Prachtige woning midden in de natuur en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Leiden, de oudste universiteitsstad van Nederland. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Vanuit de woonkamer kun je genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen. In de omgeving kun je wandelingen maken langs weilanden en molens. Het heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides.
