Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

It is very pleasant to live in thanks to its large fitted dining kitchen, its Parisian-style living room, its bathroom with a view of the stars, and its unopposed bedroom. It is clear with a beautiful open view, is located on a quiet street, in a typically Parisian district, popular and trendy, with many shops and transport nearby.

Cute and cozy apartment, perfect for embracing Parisian life. The apartment is fully equipped to guarantee you a maximum level of comfort. It is ideally located in a lively and family district, at the foot of the Butte Montmartre and the famous Puces de Saint-Ouen. It is close to many metros (M4-12, T2) and buses. The Jules Joffrin district is very pleasant, with its many cafes and restaurants.
