Att vara natur och sportfans, oavsett om det var vandring, cykling, skärmflygning, golf, surfing, kite eller vindsurfing, visste vi inte särskilt väl var vi skulle bosätta oss, oavsett om det var vid Atlanten eller tvärtom nära skogstronen vid foten av Teide. I vår sökning snubblade vi över San Miguel, en liten stad med mycket charm, bort från liv och rörelse, men med alla bekvämligheter till hands.
