This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Inside features all new furniture and bedding with spa-like master bath. Our home is located in a very safe and quiet part of town with a fully fenced-in backyard. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. This fabulous ranch style home is in the most peaceful and safe place in the Atlantic city area. We are located minutes away from the famous Borgata casino and beautiful Brigantine Beach. The house is equipped with all your summer amenities, swimming pool, BBQ, patio, and many more. Pitney Park is across the street of the house, enjoy your morning run or walk on its trails. The park has tennis courts, baseball fields and many more.
