Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

Domenico Tempio’s house

Meraviglioso e accogliente monolocale situato al secondo piano di un prestigioso edificio nel cuore di Catania, unico per posizione, stile e arredi d’epoca. Fu abitata dal noto poeta Catanese Domenico Tempio (1750-1821). L’abitazione è formata da: - sala con un grande letto e tavolo da pranzo/zona lavoro - cucina completa; - bagno. Si trova in una posizione strategica, davanti alla chiesa di San Placido, a pochi metri dal duomo di Sant’Agata, e dalle principali attrazioni che la città offre.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.
