The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The garden room self catering accommodation is in a quiet suburb and sleeps up to two adults and two children under 13 years. It is a pleasant 25mins walk in to the city, buses run every 15mins from the end of the street or via the park and ride. There is off street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking.
