Thoughtfully designed with many amenities for your comfort and located upstairs for a peaceful river view. There is a big private and free parking lot in the back for your stay. We are in walkable length to local restaurants, gas stations, bank, pub, post office, vehicle mechanic, park, pharmacy, and good people. Come stay and be our guests. Deep Creek Lake 8 miles away.

The Loft has one bedroom upstairs along with a great workspace with excellent WIFI, full size bathroom and closet and a small kitchenette including microwave, fridge, air fryer and Keurig. Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

Yough Nest Bungalow is in Confluence Pennsylvania and is located directly across from the Youghiogheny River; it is located one block away from The Great Allegheny Passage Bicycle and Hiking Trail. This half of a home rental offers a front deck, a queen bed, a large living area with tv, and bar area with a small kitchenette area. PLEASE BE AWARE if you have allergies or phobias of cats; there are two cats (Rocket and Slash) on the premises that like to visit with and love on guests.

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

The Turkeyfoot Wisteria is a very convenient first floor apartment located on thel Confluence of the three rivers. The livingroom has two fold down sofas and a flat screen tv. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full kitchen and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Each apartment has a private outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful view. We are very conveniently located to everything in town including the bike trail, and great fishing at your fingertips.
