Buena Vista comprises 11 renovated self-catering studios with a private balcony each, as well as a spacious common backyard with a seating area surrounded by flowering gardens. Studio #1 is on the 2nd (top) floor. Buena Vista studios are ideally located on the hill over Lourdata with picturesque views of the Ionian sea, the surrounding countryside and Mt Ainos. Lourdas beach is around 1.5km down a winding village road. A variety of mini markets, tavernas and bars are just a 5-minute walk away.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.
