This four-bedroom single-story house boasts an AMAZING kitchen, an expansive pet-friendly backyard, a refreshing swimming pool, and beautifully decorated living room and bedroom spaces. The water pressure in both of the home's walk-in showers will blow your mind and everyone will want to try out the remote-controlled bidet in the Master Bathroom. New Iconic Airstream x Pottery Barn Edition

Our area was not affected by fires and PCH is all open again. We used a new 2022 Airstream x Pottery Barn special edition to create our “Malibu Lovestream”. Then we built a beautiful 1000 square foot split level deck with sun shades and lights overlooking the mountains and ocean. We then surrounded the place with plants and a great palm tree and tiny stones to blend in to the landscape. We are 10 min from the beach.

Retro Cottage, Hot Tub, Putting Green, walk to all

This newly renovated Cottage is fully rehabbed with all the modern conveniences while still maintaining the Retro vibe of yesteryear. Enjoy the 3 bedrooms, outdoor seating/dining area with shade sails; take a nice hot Jacuzzi while BBQing at night under the bistro lights; play a round of mini golf on the putting green, all just steps away from city central. Walk to dining, bar, entertainment, close to everything.
