Ranch Lodge For Nature Lovers

This guest lodge at Coyote Bill's Ranch is a nature lover's delight . Relax and watch the horses in the pasture, there are many different birds in the area such as hawks, herons, loons, osprey and even an occasional eagle. Fish for trout in the nearby streams Great hiking and swimming near by as well. The space sleeps four, family style, with 2 single beds and a full sized bed. The bedroom is on the second floor so there is a set of stairs to the second floor, The cost per night includes 2 adults and up to two to three children and pet, or two adults only there is an additional charge of $20 for each additional adult which applies to overnight guests as well. The bunkhouse features one full bath with tub and shower and a kitchenette with microwave, two burner hot plate and under the counter fridge. The bunkhouse has a beautiful view of the horse pastures surrounding the Ranch, a fire pit, a place to bar-b-que, and lots of space to explore. Several wonderful restaurants, including the delicious Lunchbox, Toonies, and the innovative __Short's Brewery__ are nearby. The sparkling Cedar River, a designated Blue Ribbon Trout Stream, is a short walk away. The ranch features five Arabian horses, The pond and stream at the Ranch is home to many species of Native Birds. Guests are welcome to bring their dogs for no additional fee. The ranch sits one mile from downtown Bellaire, home to world famous Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain resorts. Jack Niclaus' The Legend Golf Course and The Weiskoff-designed Golf course are both five minutes away. Coyote Bill's Ranch is also one mile from the rustic Antrim County Airport. Boats, kayaks, and mountain bikes can all be rented in Bellaire. Or, take a short drive to the beautiful Jordan River for canoeing, kayaking and more trout fishing. Voted the third most beautiful lake in the world by National Geographic, Torch Lake is a quick 15 minutes drive. This lake is home to pristine waters for boating, and other water fun. Boyne City, Gaylord, Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and Mackinaw City are all easily accessible for a day's adventure. Come stay on our ranch and experience good old- fashioned hospitality. In one direction lies the picturesque Jordan River Valley comprised of 22,000 acres and over 17 miles of an easily explorable trail system. In the other direction is the bustling city of Gaylord that holds all the convenience of city life just a short trek to the east. The stunning destinations of Traverse City, Petoskey, and Torch Lake, are also a stones throw away or you can simply choose to sit by campfire light or walk in the 20 acres of woods sitting just outside the backdoor. Nestled firmly in the snow belt, when the leaves are gone and the white stuff starts hitting the ground you will find yourself in the literal definition of a snowmobilers paradise.
