The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Within 5 mins walk there is a bus stop with regular services to Bournemouth & Poole town centers. Also within easy walking are several take-away's and a convenience shop and Turbary Retail Park with many larger stores. A 10 min drive takes you to the Tower Park leisure complex with Splashdown Pool, multi screen Cinema, KFC, Nando's and many more.

The Studio ( Private entrance)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

Spacious studio annex with own entrance, patio, separate bathroom and well equipped kitchen. There are local shops at the bottom of our rd. Large supermarket and retail park approximately 1 mile. Beautiful choices of beaches approx 2 miles as is Bournemouth town centre. Poole Quay approx 4 miles and Westbourne 1 mile.
