Open kitchen full equipped with everything you need: toaster, nesspreso machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle... The apartment is super quiet and perfect for having all the year a nice and chilled stay. This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.
