The Zoe Villas are two separate two-storey stone houses located in beautiful green surroundings with an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. They are equipped with air conditioning, central heating , a fireplace and each Villa has its own garage, private entrance, swimming pool ( length 4 x 5 m. Depth 1.70 m), private garden with a BBQ. Each house can accommodate 4-6 people and are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to ensure our guests to have an enjoyable and forgettable holiday.

Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).
