There are plenty of day adventures throughout the area, although we won’t blame you if you don't want to leave! We flipped our garage into this cozy guesthouse with vintage, earthy, Bohemian vibes. You'll find good coffee and special touches here. Eat al fresco in the Binzebo or meditate amongst flowers! Be still - you might hear sandhill cranes, owls, pheasants or coyotes.

The Cozy Confluence is uniquely nestled between Rock Creek and the beautiful Cedar River. The home is spacious yet cozy. There is a large attached deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the creek babble nearby. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the place for you! There are hiking trails throughout the property with incredible canopies of mature hardwoods. River access on the property makes kayaking, canoeing, or tubing a breeze. Plan your escape today!!

CR Station Train Caboose

Enjoy the restoration of our charming and cozy caboose! Complete with all the amenities you'll need and more! Linens and towels, refrigerator, microwave, a double burner hot plate, dishes for cooking, barware for cocktailing, and even the original conductor's chairs to watch the sunset over the horse pasture. Fredericksburg Cozy Loft

You'll have a great time at this cozy lil place to stay. Two queen beds one located downstairs for the adults with 50inch TV. The other located upstairs perfect for the kids. It has its own seating area for reading a book or playing a board game. Full kitchen w/induction stove, utensils and basic cooking supplies. Living room 50inch TV... and small pull out sofa for lounging or an extra bed space. Top load Washer and Drier in unit as well. Full bathroom and stand up shower & amenities.

This newly renovated duplex will feel like your home away from home. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, with off-street parking, and complete with everything you will need during your stay. Enjoy cooking in a full-sized kitchen with new appliances, relax on the couch, and then crawl into one of the three cozy beds. Enjoy our private Guesthouse with full amenities and our shared courtyard for your weekend couples getaways. Full bath, free internet, kitchenette with dorm fridge. *NEW* we have installed a hot tub in the courtyard. We also have a fire pit out back for use if you’d like. We do have 2 Great Danes. Do to continued problems with people following our pet rules, we no longer allow pets of any kind. Please don’t ask. Your suite is completely private but our courtyard is a shared space

G'ma's Guesthouse Apartment

Kick back and relax in this comfortable, newly remodeled upstairs apartment. Located in the center of town for your convenience. Within walking distance to grocery store and downtown amenities. This apartment features a comfortable living room along with a fully functioning apartment sized kitchen with complementary coffee and tea. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom. The couch in the living room would pull out for two small children to sleep on or one adult.

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Nestling Pines Treehouse is nestled amongst the Pine trees on a hill deep in the woods. There is designated parking for treehouse guest only. A 60 foot bridge starts your walk up the trail to the treehouse. Then a 250 foot gravel path leads you to this beautiful Treehouse. Has electricity, running hot/cold water, walk-in-shower, flushing toilet, 2 full size beds, fridge ,A/C, electric heat , ample kitchen amenities, toiletry items supplied, and housekeeping.
