Comfort House, unlike others, is completely at the disposal of the guest. We welcome guests of any nationality. At the meeting, I give the guests the key to the house and you live on your own. The house is ideal for living, consists of 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, a garage and a yard closed from the eyes. When traveling, you will only need your personal belongings with you. Here you can enjoy homemade Georgian wine in front of a burning fireplace, sit at a table in our blooming garden in summer.

My entire house is located in the oldest part of Kutaisi. It is a 10-minute walk from the city's central square. The advantage of the house is: you are close to all the sights and at the same time in a cozy environment. You will not be disturbed by the constant noise of cars. Its the historical area of the city, only 150 m from Colchis fountain. For my guests I can organize car renting, also can provide some trips by car. and can pick up from the airport anytime.

The Villa Sadmeli is a two-story house with a swimming pool and a large yard.  House is a very good place for a large family and also for a friendly holiday. There are very beautiful mountains around the house and it is a very quiet place for resting as well.  The house is equipped with all necessary equipment.
