A fantastic vacation house of 72sqm for up to 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms+bathroom in the lower floor and a spacious open kitchen and living room+ WC upstairs. Brand new furniture and appliances are introduced ! Fresh pictures are uploaded constantly! The Wifi Internet is pretty amazing and works perfect! An amazing spot for relaxed ,secluded vacation with a stunning beach just 250meters - 2 min from the house. Ideal for families! There is also one parking spot available for the guests!

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula! Beach front, and close to everything that you will need while on holidays!
