Our place is close to everything! NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults. A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

Within walking distance from downtown where you will find shopping and restaurants. Well maintained one level home to fit your needs. 3 bedrooms that include 1 king size, 1 queen size and 1 full size bed. Full bath with walk-in shower. Full kitchen and large dining area. Comfortable living room with TV. Half bath with washer and dryer for your convenience. Off street parking.

This beautiful lower-level private apartment is the perfect place to stay while enjoying a visit to Mount Vernon. This spacious one bedroom rental includes space for 5 guests, two queen beds and a memory foam twin roll-away bed (upon request). Relax and enjoy the comfortable living room, or cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. To top it all off breakfast items will be provided to start your day off on the right foot before you set out to explore Cornell's Campus or Historic Uptown.

Grab your loved one or friend and surround yourself in nature, while soaking in the hot tub on the floating patio, or in the beautiful tub inside. Relax in the king size bed thats in front of one of the two fireplaces. The cabin has everything you need, including a small kitchen. This floating oasis is located at Millennium Marina.

Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.
