It is located in Pireotisa/Agia Triada, a peaceful and noise-free environment area of Symi's upper town (Chorio) overlooking undisturbed views to Aegean sea, Pedi Valley and islands beyond. The terrace offers stunning views and provides a serene escape at any time of the day, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and tranquility.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

La plage la plus proche se trouve à 1,2 km de la maison et est desservie par des petits bus, comme tous les lieux de l'ile. Il vous sera aisé d'accéder aux autres plages par bateaux navettes.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
