In the yard there are many useful sculptures that were designed with lots of humor from old objects and junk. The place creates a special atmosphere. Children are the target audience, as can be seen from the wooden house built on the top of a tree in the garden. There's a large open patio with a breathtaking view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Lots of oak trees and a beautiful garden surround the yurt creating a calming and peaceful atmosphere. There is a trampoline, swings on the property. Walking distance away, there are restaurants, hiking trails and caves. small animal farm, and a basketball court.

בליבה של המושבה יסוד המעלה שוכן לו בית סבתא ישן ופשוט. הבית מתאים במיוחד למטיילים ומשפחות שהתגעגעו לצפון, עם חצר רחבה ופינת מדורה. סביב הבית אווירת מושבה חקלאית פעילה, טרקטורים בדרכם לשדה, לול ביתי קרוב (קריאות תרנגולים בשעות הבוקר), פירות מתוקים על העצים ובירקניות. הבית קרוב לשמורת החולה ולירדן, לעין הדייג ולעין תאו ולעוד מסלולי טיול נהדרים בצפון. שעת צ'ק אאוט בשבת 14:00, צ'ק אין החל מ-18:00.
