The apartment is located in the center of the village . It is on the first floor on the back side of the building . It has full equipped kitchen, there is free WIFI, a TV and an air conditioner (AC) free of charge. Housecleaning services are also included (free of charge every 3 days). Our business follows all necessary rules and precautions,in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which are regulated by the Ministry of Tourism. So this business has acquired the "Health First" certification

Spacious studio on the first floor of a traditional stone house located in the center of Afytos the most beautiful village of Halkidiki, in short walking distance from restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, pharmacy, two beautiful beaches with all facilities and the spacious "rock" promenade with unique sea view and many tavernas and bars. However, it is very quiet due to it's thick stone walls and the soundproof windows. The studio is sterilized before every arrival by UVC light.
