The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The Bower is just inside the property on the edge of the woods. We invite you to explore the property and enjoy the animals. The west end of the land over looks town and is a great place to watch the sunset and the goats graze.

The house is a 3 minute drive from the Owners' Club and minutes away from 4 golf courses, Shenandoah Riding Center and Marina. 10 minutes to downtown Galena, 15 min to Chestnut Mountain.

The Old Farmhouse

The old farmhouse is located on a quiet, dead-end road. It sits on top of a picturesque hill surrounded by rolling farmland. The Pecatonica river surrounds the farm on three sides. The farmhouse is the perfect place for quiet time and relaxation. The Farmhouse was built in 1914. It still has the original woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. Sit on the porch or sit around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage.
