Our Bayside Studio offers spectacular panoramic views of Choctawhatchee Bay. Located in Sandestin Resort on a quite enclave framed by Florida pines and the fairways of The Links Course, your own personal balcony on the third floor serves as the perfect viewpoint of the Bay. Guests and children will enjoy our relatively low nightly rates but also have access to all the amenities Sandestin has to offer (Beach, golf, tennis, water-sports, spa, nature trails, many kids activities, dining, shopping).

Guesthouse & Pool

This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, and Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets and no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guest.

Our original, red brick home has 3 bedroom , 4 beds, & 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the view to Magnolias, willows , slash pine… natural Florida !
