The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

Family 3-bedroom Oasis with Pool & Spa

Relax with the whole family in our home featuring everything you'd expect plus a whole lot more. A private oasis, perfect to connect with your family over food, nature and swimming in the heated pool and spa. Wander down the back to visit the sheep and chickens, and collect fresh eggs. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. "The Magnolia Park Poolhouse"

Relax, swim and walk around this beautiful farmstay on 150 acres. panoramic mountain and river views from every window. The Poolhouse has been upgraded with a new Spa and new Fireplace. Pls note there is a friendly Labrador and toy poodle that wander the farm. The Loft Morpeth

Please note: Our base rate is for 2 guests and includes access to only one bedroom (the upstairs Super King bed). The second bedroom (downstairs Queen bed) will remain locked. If you require both bedrooms for 2 people, please update the number of guests to 3 adults (covers additional room charge) Selecting infants or children will not unlock the second bedroom as they stay for free. Alternatively selecting 3-4 adults automatically opens the second bedroom.

Under 30 mins drive will have you relaxing on pristine Newcastle beaches, dining on the foreshore or wine tasting at famous Hunter Valley Vineyards. 10 mins & you're swinging through Treetops Adventure Park or cruising Hunter Wetlands on a segway. Or, like many, just stay put & unwind by the pool. Everyone loves our place!
