A flat house, 100m from the sea, 5km away from Asprovalta. To the seaside in front of the house there is the beach bar "Bratsaki". The location is about 20km away from the the archeological museum and area of Amphipolis. 60km away from Ouranoupolis (the entrance to Athos). My house is close to family activities. Reasons why you will like my space: the environment and the outside space. My house is suitable for couples, families (with children) and pets.

Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)
