As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Not suitable for infants/ children. Set for two adults only, Red House Roost has private entry, adorable and cozy apartment with the capacity to sleep two, nestled above our garage. It sits apart from main home. The views of the town and river are fabulous. Stroll to the river walk, downtown shopping, restaurants, pubs, micro breweries. Beach access is 20 minutes away. Sea Nook Cottage is a cut above most vacation rentals in this area. I've spared no expense to make it the best! And you can't beat the location: Three blocks from the Seaview beach approach, on a quiet street filled with lovely Victorian-era homes. Recently fully remodeled with great attention to detail, it also has a lovely front yard with low-smoke Solo Stove fire pit. Private, peaceful and a wonderful base from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula, Astoria and all this area has to offer.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets.
