Уютная Студия для 1-2 с Прекрасным Видом. Дом в состоянии медленной Реставрации/Ремонта, но это не влияет на работу всех коммуникаций и подход к студии. Есть все для комфортного проживания. 12й этаж. Дом на холме. Самый центр Боржоми. 8-10 минут пешком до Центрального Парка с серными ваннами, рядом Крестовая гора и Крепость Петри. Прямо под домом новые стадион и спортивный комплекс. Лифт платный 10/20 Тетри. Конек нашего Дома -Крыша,с которой открывается Wow вид на Город, Реку и Горы 🥰

From the balcony and the bedroom, there is a stunning view of the mountains. Everything is near by: a cable car, a Georgian restaurant, a market, a pharmacy, a ski slope, a ice rink. The air in Bakuriani is most healthy and clean, and people spend time here to improve their health.

При желании вы можете прокатится на наших велосипедах и осмотреть наш городок. При надобности могу встретить в Аэропорту Кутаиси, также показать все достопрмечательности региона.
