This clean & cozy cabin is a perfect place to relax between enjoying the trails, rivers & local Amish shops. One queen size bed in the loft and a full-size pull out sofa sleeper. 4 seasons firepit out back. A propane grill is also available in the firepit area. The property is surrounded by 365 acres of state and MNA sanctuary lands with 700 feet of private frontage. Excellent trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, XC skiing, snow shoeing and hiking right out the back door. If you want to truly get away from the pink skies and road noise and want the "up north" experience but not stay at a crummy resort or noisy lake, this is the place for you.

The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.
