This contemporary studio apartment is located in Royal Oak, midway between Auckland Airport and the central city. Beautiful Cornwall Park and Maungakiekie mountain are at one end of the street. Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

With a 10 minute drive to Half Moon Bay Marina you find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and ferries into town or the car ferry to the beautiful Waiheke Island. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is provided in the fully equipped kitchen: pick up your supplies at the supermarkets in Hobsonville or the Farmers Market at the weekends at Hobsonville Point.
