It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The house is also one block from the supermarket and a few blocks from the pier and beach. The house itself is a quintessential Catalina charmer.
