Our 1934 Guesthouse sits comfy in a gated property on a lake in the middle of 3 acres, 9 miles from downtown Fort Worth and next door to the main house. The house is a comfortable intimate living space with a queen bed. The kitchen's basic layout has refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The bathroom has a lighted shower and vanity. The studio has double pane windows, keeping the cold in or out in the summer or winter months. Many happy past guests. Pool and grounds have a gorgeous lake view

Enjoy the entire home by yourself. Enjoy eating complimentary breakfast in the garden. I have a beautiful backyard with lots of fruit trees and plants. This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum.

The Poolhouse @ the Lake - Fort Worth Stockyards

The pool house is at Eagle Mountain Lake with lake access. The pool house does not have a view of the lake, but faces the pool. You have the entire pool house to yourself. It can sleep 8 people but PLEASE note there is only one bathroom. We live on the property in an apartment over the garage. We are accessible but will not bother you unless you need us. There is a fire pit, propane grill, pool with slide/waterfalls, hammocks, 1 kayaks & 2 stand up paddleboards.

"The Lake Shack" on Eagle Mountain Lake

Local boat ramps in very close proximity, and there's even an empty slip on the dock. The fishing is truly amazing whether off the dock or tooling around Eagle Mountain Lake. This home sits in a nice size cove on the North End of the lake.
