Gelegen mitten in Istrien – der Region, die bei den Römern als Terra Magica bekannt war und wo bis heute vieles an die Blütezeit der Kultivierung des Landes erinnert. Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.
