The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Our apartment is centrally and quietly located in a side street of Bärenstein. The apartment is on the first floor. The upper floor is occasionally used by the landlord. The apartment has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A fireplace is available for cozy hours (wood can be purchased on request for a small fee). There are three bedrooms. A baby crib can be provided on request. Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the apartment.

Útulný, stylově zařízený apartmán 2+kk se nachází v malebném prostředí Krušných hor, v obci Černý potok, pouhých 10 km od Klínovce. Apartmán nabízí: Obývací pokoj s rozkládací pohovkou a kuchyňským koutem. Ložnici s manželskou postelí. Koupelnu s toaletou. V přízemí budovy můžete využít saunu s relaxační místností. After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort.
