Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.

My apartment is very bright, I renovated it in 2013, leaving the architectural base intact, the building was built at the end of the 19th century, in fact it has very high vaults and sail ceilings but has been equipped with all modern comforts. . It is on the first floor, without a lift, in the Umbertino district, the most beautiful in the center of Bari and it's near the sea.
