This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. The building is secure, with 24 hour camera system and keyed entry. The most remarkable feature of 301 is the nearly panoramic view. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

The building is the oldest mansion in Helena, built in 1868 and has been divided into multiple different units. This one has its own entrance at the rear of the property.
